Returns
Items received within 15 days will receive a full refund. Items received between 15-30 days will receive a credit towards futures purchases on galvanic.co. After 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift Cards and personal care items are exempt from returns.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. 
Your refund, once processed will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Sale Items:
All sale items are final. No returns or exchanges.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless otherwise noted). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
